Keep receiveng emails with all different amounts of monthly billing

I have been trying to get a real answer from a "LIVE" person of what is going on with my service/account. Why all different amounts? I call & email Pamela M. to no avail! All you get is this automated BS with a return phone call in greater than 45 minutes. This nonsense has to stop! Need live intervention!
