Next step is where you'll try to get the service people help you fix all the problems - good luck with that. Months pass, you'll cancel your trips and plans - because Albany RV just don't care. You can call, leave messages, beg, threat - it doesn't really matter. Issues from a year ago are still unresolved. On the phone their personnel is rude as *** The best part about Albany RV - nobody gives a damn. They never return your calls. Wrote to BBB, their "leadership", store manager, etc. But - hey don't believe me and the others "Pissed customers". Just give it a try and you'll be sorry and sore for months and months.
