Kate spade issue

Hey did anyone else order kate spade bags from their suprise sale last year 2017? My mother did and we never got a confirmation. The order came out of Shanghai and now we have 6,000$ in charges on her card coming out of Shanghai. Did anyone else have this issue? And check your accounts just in case
