Kaneesha doesn’t deserve to even sell thing online

I ordered my wedding jewelry from Kaneesha, and it arrived broken without any packaging protection or even a tissue around the jewelery. When I contacted Kaneesha, they said that my parents should not have accepted the package -- as if it was their fault! -- and refused to give me a refund. That, and they haven't even bothered to respond to any of my emails asking for further mediation and a refund. Broken wedding jewelry, and not even an apology or a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM KANEESHA. THEY ARE THE WORST INTERNET BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Who is heartless enough not to care about a bride's jewelry?! As it was, I had to struggle to find replacements and it was very stressful for me. KANEESHA DOES NOT DESERVE TO EVEN SELL THINGS ONLINE.
