Just wrong on so many levels

Rented a unit for Metro mini storage Cypress location in March. I moved out May 13th. The representative on duty was present when I moved because there was a car blocking my unit and he had to come and move it. I received a call on May 24th saying that I needed to fill out a vacate notice for that unit. I completed the vacate notice online and magically they did not receive it. So they called on June 2(today) to ask me about signing a receipt and completing a vacate notice. I asked who I was speaking with and she would not give me her name. Told me that I was lying about filling out the form and that I didn't have to worry about it because they have already charged my card and that they have me on a recorded line just in case I go to my bank to try to get it credited back. I called back and she answered the phone as Tammy and I asked her to put the person back on the phone that just spoke with. She told me I can take a message..I told her I don't need for you to take a message I need for her to put the person I was just speaking to on the phone. She told me that I was not going be telling her what she is going to do. I said oh okay you were the person I was just speaking with. She hung up in my face..Very rude, unprofessional and not businesslike at all! Save you some time, money and anguish and store your things at a reputable company
