Just the worst company ever to deal with

Had my new optical box installed yesterday after the tech spent 5 hours installing the stupid box, and then the whole system failed a few hours later, so I called them and put on hold for 30 min and talked with agent for an hour and a half and couldn’t resolve the issue. I called them again this morning and I’ve been on hold now for over 30 min again. So I decided to write this review and how terrible the service is. now have to waste my whole day again waiting for a tech to come to my house and fix this crap. They should win the top award for worst Company EVER!!!
