Just keep trying.

I live at 415 Riverhill Circle, we tried to call Dominion concerning the power lines that were in the water that cross from our property across to the park right at the Broad River Bridge. It was causing all the lines to bounce and pull on the poles, etc. We were asked "Were there any trees coming down the river.?" Are you kidding, trees all of the place and what a stupid question. Get someone on your 9ll lines that have some common sense and understand what happens when lines snap and land in water. This is not the first time this has happened but I assume this is not a major issue. The lines are to low and you know it has been for a long time.I suggest that you get your engineer or someone with brains to take a look at the situation. Every time we have a storm or huge flood issue this happens. One day it is all going to coming down. By the way, the boaters on the river, tie makers on the cable so people on the river will see how low it is and not hit the lines.
