I need 4 windows replaced. All he talked about was his warranty and he ran down everyone else. $3500.00 for 4 windows seems a bit much as far as I'm concerned. I'm glad I googled them. I have read many of the complaints here. The only valid point he made was the warranty of the other manufacturers and not covering the elements, which is what a window is built for. Then the other manufacturers charge for service calls. He also talked about the discoloring of the vinyl, the way his frame is built and backed by stainless steel. The other manufacturers are not. Windows Plus is next to come and give an estimate. I guess I better google him as well. This is such a daunting task. His name was Ridge Koenig.
