I have spoken to them numerous times about the issue of the app not scanning on my husbands phone All they say is uninstall the app switch the phone off then reinstall have done all this loads of time I have even spoke on the as soon as you press support the option it cuts you off.Furthermore I have spoken on the online chat but the just say uninstall and reinstall . So have paid for a service. That i can not use on the devices i chose.Not happy with the service . They say they are available for support 24/7 not helpful support User's recommendation: Lets hope it work for you all the first time or forget it.
