Well, where do I start. I just finished doing a. almost an hour? Lesson about Greek and Latin Roots. I'm in 6th grade and I can say for sure, that I've done that lesson on 5th,4th,and 3rd grade. The exact same lesson. I'll take this step by step. I was in 2nd grade, and my teacher said we were Golan get a new learning program! (Seemed good as iStation is terrible, maybe even worse than I-ready) and it looked fun. I did the test. I did lesson. Didn't think much of it. The bad stuff started in 3rd grade, I'll just take a walkthrough of everything that's bad about I-Ready. First, the login screen. Small thing, but still bad. Next, the interface. Luckily, it's better now. Not perfect, but good. The diagnostic. The videos at the beggining (and the brain break) are poorly animated, recorded, it's just so cringy, too! The articles are so hard to understand, they're boring and old. The questions are too hard, but sometimes too easy, never just right, as they say. The lessons, they're slow, repetitive, cheap, boring, low-quality, cringy, cringy, cringy, and cringy. Don't get me started on how ugly the characters look, or how dead they sound, or how just... ugh.. the lessons just aren't good! They give you 20 coins and a low quality game costs 50. I-Ready just should be free, as I'm sure it costs $0 to make.
