Just can’t find any answers about a cover

Bought a 10x 10 greenhouse in a box pleased, at first knowing I could get a replacement cover of needed, unfortunately can't find a number in my greenhouse for the cover. It's only been up for 12months and the seam split. User's recommendation: Find a better one.
