For my Spanish course I have to use Cengage and it is SO inconvenient, I've literally only been using Cengage for one semester and I've had to call customer service four times already. When I used a print rental, which was free + shipping (7.99), I was charged an invoice a month later of 17.31 from UPS because apparently there were steps that I needed to take that no one and no one's momma ever told me about. Every single time I have to call the customer service it takes a *** hour too. And their website is really faulty and causes so much unneeded trouble. This *** *** sucks *** balls. Not worth it ***
