Absolutely horrific experience with the Gift Card program. They completely messed up our order, over charged us and withdrew $300+ from our account, and when we confronted them we ended up playing cat and mouse for three weeks. Even after we managed to get hold of the rep and he apologized and admitted he "forgot" to mention there were around $300 in set up fees! Are you kidding?! We have the paper trail and emails, there was absolutely at no point an agreement on our part of this ridiculous amount for some gift cards, we would never have agreed. Even with all the evidence we have, and the rep's admission of the mistake with a promise of a rebate -- here we are! Still waiting to hear back after speaking to 3 different agents, plus our rep, plus the rep's manager -- endless phonically and emails and nothing back. We are filing a complaint with the BBB and anywhere else officials will listen and take this seriously. If you are a small business they just don't care - don't sign up or buy into their service because all they want is your hard earned money whether they take it unjustly or not. Very tricky, very desperate sales reps and non-existant customer service. did I mention before that, they harassed us for two months by phonically to get us to order gift cards? Absolutely disgusting. BEWARE!
