Just annswer ripoff

I needed info on asus router. I was told there would be a $1.00 charge a month later I was charged a $40.00 recurring charge for membership to Just Answer. This is a ripoff by both asus and Just Answer. I am on my second motherboard and now a router and they charge for downloading of drivers and technical questions wich to me is a ripoff.
