I accidentally found this website and was amazed how professional and reputable it looked. So I decided to give it a try. I ordered some good looking jeans and was super excited about my purchase, until I received it. Jeans looked nothing as I expected and they were way to small for me. So I immediately contacted MakeYourOwnJeans customer service and after I explained the situation they offered me a refund. I was really happy and felt lucky. So I sent the jeans back and waited over a week. Checked my bank statement, but there was no money. I sent them tons of messages, but received no response. I guess they decided to keep my money. I am very disappointed and angry that I fell for their prices and good looking items!
