Junk toothbrush doesn’t even work.

I ordered a Wellness Oral Care WE600 family electric toothbrush through Walmart n yall have been paid. It would never come on. Tried 2 other new set batteries put in every which way n still won't work. To be honest I don't think its worth the postage to send it back. But I will not except junk. If this is not taken care of I will notify BBB. Please let me know how I should proceed ship back or what. I know I cant return to Walmart. Thanks Hilda Hebert
