Not what I expected. The product is bad and so is the customer support. They are non-responsive and not working on providing a resolution to my problem. The problem is that the product not as expected. It is not detecting urine at all. The cable between the mat and alarm is broken and defective. This is causing the device to be unresponsive. Company has said that my 5 year old son is too fat to be sleeping on the mat. How can a 5 year old kid be too heavy to sleep on your product? I want my money back if you cant make a reliable product.
