Saw pop up ad for spring-assisted knee braces @ $100/pair offering 40 kgs assist. After long wait they arrived. Pure crap. Not even 10 lbs assist, dont fit leg or help in any way. In fact painful. One page instructions barely legible in Spanish. I complained & was told by John Kin, Customer Care: too bad, no refund/exchange on sale items, check our reviews, we make only high quality. User's recommendation: Don’t buy from this disreputable company.
