Junk product, beware return policy

Product is complete junk. They wont accept returns once the alarm has been used. I have wasted $400 on this garbage. How can you test it if you dont use it? Customer service is a joke. You have to make international calls and you are put on hold for 30+ minutes before the calls are turned off. Stay away from them.
