Their furniture is JUNK! Will never shop at Jordan's again! We bought a dining room set and rug from Jordan's a little over a year ago for our kitchen. It immediately scratched. Terrified to make more scratches we now eat at our kitchen island and only use the table for special occasions/holidays. We are constantly tightening the legs on the chairs and table. It was so bad that one of my guests almost fell down. After the Holidays this year I called to complain about the wobbly legs. Jordan's sent out a tech to service it. The tech said there was nothing wrong with the table and that it's because of the rug under the table was causing strain on the legs. We bought the rug at Jordan's the same day! The salesperson claimed it was a great rug to have under a dining table because of how durable it is. I have a buffet and two island chairs bought from other stores and they do not come loose. I know it's not the rug! I called back customer service to let them know I was disappointed with the tech's reason for why the table keeps loosening. I have always put a rug under my tables and never had this many problems with other furniture before. The customer service rep, said that the table was "highly used," she can tell from the scratches in the tech's pictures. I said how that's another concern of mine but not the reason I'm calling. And that it was NOT EVER highly used. She said "Well I don't know what you want from us!" I said, "Not a wobbly table!" She said the only thing she could offer was 50% back towards another table but I would loose what I spent on this table. To buy more JUNK?? I don't think so! HORRIBLE FURNITURE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save your money and buy better furniture somewhere else!
