Jotform holds forms hostage

I manage several clients' websites with Jotform built-in. I also manage the policing forum where the public use Jotform to report crime.... The Jotform website now blocks me on an IP address phishing notification. No response from jotform for days!!!! Absolute unacceptable Rubbish. User's recommendation: use anything but Jotform..all your work will be in vain.
