Joke for a company

I was supposed to have a mattress delivered today. I have been waiting for a week and a half. After numerous calls from them this past week they were supposed to be here at 11:30am and 3:30 pm. I also received an email today confirming this. I then received a call from them from overseas saying they wanted to schedule my delivery. We told it was already schedule for today. They said they would call back and didnt. After several calls, conflicting stories, being hung up on, calling corporate, doing live chat, etc. , I was told it would be delivered Tuesday. Also, when telling one person about the numerous complaints on the internet, their response was that wasnt very many. They also laughed and said corporate would not call back. Which they didnt after leaving several messages. We told them that we would call Serta where the mattress was coming from and we were told it wouldnt matter because they had a contract.
