Joel was very much a professional. He explained what he did and even said my yard really didn’t have that many weeds. Honesty is one of the keys I use to determine if a company is worth continuing doing business with. I have read the negative reviews about this company so am looking forward to being able to provide even more positive feedback about this technician.
