So many issues with the service department. I was told what I went in for would be covered with my extended warranty. Went in to get Jeep and they wanted close to $900!! Bumper to bumper means just that but apparently the leaky Jeep that everyone has is not one of those. Regardless they did the work without telling me. THEN they didn't charge my deductible that I didn't know I had and had to call me for it. I was told the car would be ready then its not. I am going on 4th time to drop it off. after.
