Jazz – balance deduction

Hello this is my number [protected]. My balance is deducted without any activity. Yesterday I checked my balance it was 373.today when I want to get internet package it said the balance is 165 Rs.and after 1 hour I checked again it was 0.i can't understand this.plz acknowled this
