Friendly staff but terrible terrible management and customer care, I could write a full page to describe why but just trust me don't touch this company with a barge pole okay so I've got to write more well if you use this company and ever have a problem that the staff can't deal with (the staff by the way have no authority to do anything, governed by strict rules from the management) you will be very lucky to get it resolved, In my experience the management don't care one jot about you as a customer, terrible at replying to emails try to rip you off and even go so far as to lie to try and get out of giving you a refund.
