this lady should never been put in the position of manager, she is very rude, she yells at co-workers and she does all of this in front of customers, I will never go into this establishment again. I have been in the restaurant and she has yelled at the co-workers and i have seen one girl trying to take orders for the drive thru with tears running down her face, and Jaclyn still on the other head set yelling at her. I have been in customer service for over 40 years and if i had ever done that i would of been fired. And i have talked to quite a few people in this area and they all agree with me, this being a small town you as a chain restaurant can find a new manager that is polite to customers and respect their co-workers.
