I followed their female jacket size chart and ordered a jacket that should've fit. The jacket arrived promptly and is very well made, but it is two sizes too small and I am not willing to risk losing another $250 to order with them again. Also, the color is NOTHING like what showed in the preview. (And yes, I know that's a bit of an occupational hazard with ordering online.) I was thinking I would ask for an exchange, but based on all the reviews I've read, I'm not going to waste my time. Next time, I will get the jacket from a store where I can see what I'm getting - and - they have a refund/exchange policy. Leather Cult doesn't.
