I placed an order for a Joyride dog harness on Nov. 27th 2020. After approximately 10 days, I inquired about the status of the order. I received a computer generated response indicating that a follow up would be sent shortly. Well, that follow up never came. I have sent several other emails requesting status information only to receive the same computer generated response. Finally, I've demanded order cancellation and a refund, only to receive the same canned response. SCAM!!!! User's recommendation: AVOID JOYRIDE HARNESS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
