My experience is identical to the last complaint I just read. This idiot completely argues with me and continually tells me they almost got this loan wrapped up. I've started this loan in late August and as of February 4th of 2021, I still do not have a loan. At this point, This Reece dude has completely dropped the ball and will not return calls. This guy is still asking me questions that was submitted months ago. No matter what phone number you dial, you still have his voice only on their answering service. There seems to be no supervisor to air your concerns with. NewDay USA is asleep at the wheel, and would not recommend these idiots to my worst enemy. User's recommendation: Do not deal with NewDayUSA.
