I paid for the Sony Liv contents (full price) and when I went to access the show, it just didn't show any contents. I reached out to customer service and said if you cant provide the containt I paid for, give me my money back and the customer service rep was "I can cancel your account but we cant refund the money". I was so agitated and beyond frustrated DO. Stay away from this stupid sling cchannel User's recommendation: Stay away and save your money.
