I've made over 14 calls to different phone numbers that Miele either provides or have been directed to for Customer Service. NO ONE ANSWERS! It was difficult at best to order the OEM parts, but I finally found their parts distribution number in NJ. Now trying to get help is IMPOSSIBLE! I even suggested to the Miele HQ that they address this, unbelievable. User's recommendation: I don't have any.
