It’s been two months since my order and still I do not have what I ordered.

I placed an order around thanksgiving and today it is January 16th and I still have not received my product. I made the order through amazon and called them today to see where my order was. I was so post to receive it before January 9th. I should have just cancelled the order. But I thought there shipping time maybe was stretching it. Nope! They weren't!!! Amazon submitted a complaint after I sent them a complaint three weeks ago. Guess what happened? They refunded my $ after amazon put in the complaint. Forget about my complaint, it only matter when the boss is mad. Wtf?! I'm so pissed off. I will AVOID this screwed up "business" whenever and whenever I encounter them.
