Its been 3 month and the issue not solved

I have been an RCN costumer and canceled the services. Their costumer service is unacceptable. I have been calling for the last 3 MONTHS to solve the issue. I have returned ALL the equipment that I had with them but they claim they are missing one piece. They created multiple cases to search for that missing equipment, supervisor said he will call me to inform me what they did. he never called. Now they want to charge me 150$ for it. But the case is still on. they need 3 months to resolve this issue. Its embarrassing. I am about to give birth and don't want to deal with their unprofessionalism anymore.
