I was charged $20 on may 4. Its may 31 and the box is still not here. The website says it takes 5-10 days to receive it. Customer service didnt reply, even thou it says they reply within 24 hours. Im going out of state, nobody can receive it and send it back. Im gonna be charged who know how much. I dont want this box anymore. Do I have to block my card and then hide from debt collectors or something???
