It’s a scam. I Did not receive my rebate

After submitting all of the required documents. I did not receive my refund. They will not tell me why either. And after I provided the first months bill, as required. It was too late to return the modem for a full refund (before 30 days). I had to pay $12.95 shipping to receive the item. And than pay 12.95 shipping to return the item. And than I was charged a $25 restocking fee because it was after the 30 days. At which it takes that long to generate the first months bill. This is a total scam and I didn't really need the modem, as I already had one. But for a free promotion, it was not free. I feel like cursing them out but I will withhold my profanity. A very displeased customer. And I will be discontinuing my Comcast services and switch to a different provider. A complete inconvenience.
