1) you call Entergy and on hold for extended periods of time 2) you call Entergy and on hold for extended periods of time, go to 3 PPL wait for 20 min. then it goes straight to survey 3)So after all the above, and you get the chance to talk to someone, and they transfer you, and they cannot help you. so they transfer you again, you get to the right person, explain the story, get close to the end, and you get disconnected, so being you have a name of the last person, you call back to learn you cannot speak to that person.so it does not happen again you go to give them your #, to learn they cannot call u back. So you get their name with extension #., to learn you cannot call them back. 4) once you get a hold of someone, you give them your Acct #, name billing address, site address, they want an additional Tax # or SS. A Large Quality control ISO company that has NO quality for its customers, A) need a phone # to the person you would like to speak back with or ext #. B) They need to be able to call you back if you get disconnected. c) have a complaint dept for Entergy itself, NOT just for representatives D)Entergy does NOT have a complaint Dept, or #, or e-mail address, or a site that will let you express your complaints about Entergy itself.
