Have had nothing but problems since it 1st came out....lost payments, cancelled insurance, no 1095A forms, etc....Never have gotten over the years any one qualified....they all put you on hold constantly, or hang up! Tell you someone will call (they don't) oh...you will receive your 1095A by beginning of February (NOT YET!!!) today is 2/25/2019... now told if I don't hear something, call back AFTER 45 DAYS!!!! This year, I have been calling since1/28/19 and online....NO RESULTS YET!! Every year there is something, we have paid back on taxes every year....it's B!!!! Thought this year there was to be no penalties!!! Guess what? yep! and it's still messed up!! I can go on and on ....just FED UP!
