I booked this for my family and called in to cancel. I spoke to a representative who assured me that it would be fully refunded only to find out i was still being charged. I ended up booking through expedia and now it looks like im being charged twice. Please pull thr recording and refund my money before lawyers get involved. User's recommendation: Don't use them. What a scam.
