Items not received & I was told one item wasn’t ordered

On November 8, 2020 I placed an order for 3 items - Beautiful Greeting Christmas cards - no personalization, (qty of 2), matching address labels, (qty of 2) and 1 Snowflakes Christmas Card Record book. I used a code for 25% off and it was estimated it would be received between January 11 & Jan 15. To date I have not received this order. I called the service dept to find out more details. I was told I could not check on it because I do not have an order number (which does not appear on my printed receipt). I was also told I didn't order the Christmas Card Record book (which is shown on my order that I did purchase. I've ordered from this company for years and have never had a problem until now. Can you help me resolve this?
