Items I didn’t get that I was charged for

I made my first order of groceries on line. I understand that somethings you may be out of, but after I picked up my groceries and checked them against the slip that I was charged, found there were 4 things I was charged for and did not get. The total was almost $20.00 of things I did not get. I tried to call, but waiting time on the phone was long, so I am e-mailing to you. How can I get this fixed? Jody Klett dajoklett@***.net
