I ordered a pair of navy shoes online and received a pair that did not match. It cost £4.99 delivery and will cost the same to return!!! It is impossible to speak to someone and get a satisfactory outcome. User's recommendation: Only buy from house of fraser in store where you can try on goods and are 100% happy, otherwise it can be a very expensive purchase or in my case non purchase costing £9.98.
