Items are too small

Bought 3 coats. E201****.ordered 3X they were so small they would not fit my granddaughters .I will be glad to send them back if I can get money put on my card I think the SKU is BG_07805**** if not let me know Iris Sturgill 643 West Main Street Abingdon Va. 24210 . sturgilliris@***.com thank you.
