Item was wrong size

I ordered compression socks from you. I tried to put them on and had a really hard time getting them on and then I noticed they were the wrong size. I ordered size extra large and received a large. I am very disappointed because they cost me 20.00. I have never had a problem with your items before so I may not be ordering again. Sincerely, JoAnn VanDenHoek
