Item was out of stock and took them 5 days to let me know. Even though I got an shipment conformation email the first business day after I placed my order?? Had to call and request a refund. While I was on the phone with them, I looked up the item on their site. The site still said that the item was in stock and told me it would ship today if I ordered in the next 8 hours and xx minutes. Completely false and deceptive advertising and business practices. ANY website in 2020 no matter how small should have a real time inventory system. BUYER BEWARE!!!! User's recommendation: BUYER BEWARE!!!
