When I received my package from wigs.com it only contained 2 of 3 items. On the shipping receipt it listed the last item as "backordered" with no estimated shipping date. This is the response I received today to my inquiry about the missing item: Hi Rachael, Thank you for contacting Beauty & Hair. We apologize you did not receive your order in full. The item does not appear to be on backorder. However, there did appear to be a glitch or issue in our system causing the order to not be processed correctly. Luckily I had found this site with a contact name for customer service. I am waiting to hear back. I think it is terrible to take someone's money, send a partial order and then give the run-around.
