Item paid but not delivered

I purchased a ring last year November,,,but still not delivered,,,the corresponding mail from the company is on auto answer,,,always saying the same thing the item is free and I paid only the shipping so the free items take time to be delivered,,,and now the auto answer is also off,,,I have attached a photo as proof of payment done to this company.
