Item ordered finally delivered

We ordered and paid for the item with a credit card on 7/5/2020. We inquired about a late delivery on 7/20/2020. ModernBeyond responded as follows: "Great news! Your order has left our warehouse and has been shipped to you. It's currently in transit to the next facility. Rest assured your order will arrive in the upcoming days." M/B tracking information showed the order arrived in their US Shipping Partner Facility on 7/22. We eventually received our order on/about 8/15/2020 without further contact from M/B. Unless customers are willing to wait well over 30 days to receive an order, we do not recommend dealing with this company. Woody &; Carole
