Item not received…..customer service not responsive

They said the item was delivered September 2......never arrived! And try to get customer service! You get to listen to the static-y. music but no one ever answers. I am calling the credit card company to take the charge off! And I wont ever bring their catalog into the house again! User's recommendation: Toss the catalog before bringing it in the house!
