I ordered an item from this company back in September and had no idea it was coming from China, the company is listed in Grandville, MI. On 9/23/19, I received a message that my item was being packed and ready to go out. Then on 9/26/19, I received another message stating it had gone out and once and tracking will be available within x3 days after shipping, and the order will be shipped within 7-14 days. I've been tracking that order to this day, and it still states it's in China. I don't think I will ever receive this order and I've requested a refund and haven't received that either. I've filed a complaint with Pay-pal and will file more complaints against this company.
